Privacy policy
What Pick'em Passport collects, why, and how to have it deleted. Effective October 28, 2026.
Who we are
Pick'em Passport (pickempassport.com) is an independent site run by Tom Zagula. Questions or requests about your data: tzag929@gmail.com.
Email alerts
If you sign up for state-change alerts, we collect your email address and the state you choose. We use them only to email you when pick'em, best ball or prediction-pick availability changes for that state. Your signup is collected and stored by Beehiiv, our email provider, which sends the emails for us. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can stop at any time.
We do not sell your data
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not give it to operators or anyone else for their own marketing. It goes only to the services that help us run the site and send your alerts.
Affiliate links and cookies
Some links to operators (PrizePicks, Underdog, Sleeper, DraftKings, Dabble and others) are or may become affiliate links. When you click one, the operator or its affiliate network may set cookies on your device to track the referral. We do not control those cookies; the operator's own privacy policy applies once you leave our site. See our affiliate disclosure.
Hosting and analytics
The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. We may use Cloudflare Web Analytics to see basic, aggregate traffic such as page views and countries. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites. Cloudflare may process technical data such as IP address to deliver and protect the site.
Adults only
This site is for people 21 and older (18+ where an operator allows it) and is not directed at minors. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you think a minor has signed up, email us and we will delete it.
Deleting your data
To have your email and state deleted, email tzag929@gmail.com from the address you signed up with, or unsubscribe using the link in any alert. We will remove you from our email list and reply once it is done.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update this page and its date.
Effective October 28, 2026. See also our affiliate disclosure and sources.
