How we check & sources
We read each operator's own help or legal page, record the URL and the date, and never fill gaps with guesses.
Rules
- Listed means the operator's page lists the state as available. Not listed means the page says no, or the operator publishes an "available in" list that omits the state. Unconfirmed means no official page confirms it, so we say so instead of guessing.
- Minimum age is shown only where the operator states it for that state. Where it states none, we say "not stated" rather than assume.
- "Prediction picks" are event contracts (PrizePicks Team Picks, Underdog Prediction Picks, DraftKings Predictions), a different, CFTC-regulated product that several states dispute. They are shown separately from player pick'em.
- Where an operator's page predates a regulator action, we say so on the state page.
Source conflicts we re-checked
When a third-party list disagrees with an operator's own page, we follow the operator and record the conflict here.
- PrizePicks Team Picks: Ohio and Michigan (Oct 28, 2026): Re-checked against PrizePicks' official Where Can I Play page. Its state table and its Team Picks state list both leave out Ohio and Michigan, so both stay Not listed. An Aug 29, 2026 OddsAssist table showed Ohio (and Missouri and Tennessee) as available; that predates PrizePicks' later changes (the Oct 7 Missouri suspension took the count from 34 states to 33), so we follow PrizePicks.
- PrizePicks Team Picks: Missouri and Tennessee (Oct 28, 2026): Missouri is Not listed because PrizePicks suspended Team Picks there on Oct 7, 2026. Tennessee is Unconfirmed: PrizePicks' table says no, but the Oct 9, 2026 Tennessee letter says it offers Team Picks there.
- PrizePicks Team Picks: Alabama, Iowa, Louisiana, New Jersey, Virginia (Oct 28, 2026): PrizePicks' table lists these five states but its prose list of 28 states omits them. The table matches the page's own count of 33 states, so they stay Listed, with a note on each state page.
- Underdog Prediction Picks vs OddsAssist (Oct 24, 2026) (Oct 28, 2026): Ten states differ: OddsAssist lists New York as available and CO, KY, MA, MD, MS, NJ, OH, PA, TN as not. Underdog's own state-eligibility page says the reverse for all ten, so we follow Underdog. OddsAssist also shows Drafts as live in MD, MA, MI, MS, NJ, OH and PA, which does not match Underdog's own page, so we treat that page as stale.
