Affiliate disclosure
How Pick'em Passport is paid, and what that does not change.
Short version
Pick'em Passport is an independent site. Some links to operators (PrizePicks, Underdog, Sleeper, DraftKings, Dabble and others) are or may become affiliate links. If you sign up or deposit after clicking one, the operator may pay us a commission. It costs you nothing extra. Links that carry rel="sponsored" are the ones we mark this way.
What it does not change
- Whether a state shows as Listed, Not listed or Unconfirmed. Those come only from each operator's own public page, tied to a dated source on our sources page.
- The order operators appear in. It follows our fixed operator list, not who pays.
- Operators that do not pay us are covered the same way.
Not legal or financial advice
We summarize public pages and do not give legal, tax or financial advice. Operators and regulators change lists without notice, and some prediction-market products are the subject of active state disputes. Confirm in the operator's app before you deposit.
21+ and responsible play
Minimum ages are 18, 19 or 21 depending on state and operator; many states require 21. Paid pick'em, best ball and event contracts involve risking money. If you or someone you know has a problem with gambling, call 1-800-GAMBLER or visit ncpgambling.org.
Email alerts
If you sign up for alerts we use your email and chosen state only to send state-change emails. Emails may include operator links with the same affiliate disclosure.
